The TEX-COTE COOLWALL  System is a patented infrared heat-reflective exterior wall coating system specifically designed to reflect the sun's heat and keep the exterior of homes and buildings cooler. They can lower exterior wall surface temperatures by as much as 40 degrees when compared to traditional paints in many colors. Lower exterior temperatures means lower interior temperatures. Studies show that TEXT-COTE COOLWALL can reduce a home's cooling costs by as much as 21.9%.

Increased reflectivity leads  to lower surface temperatures, reduced cooling costs, enhanced durability and are superior fade resistance. TEX-COTE Patented FADE BLOCK Technology has undergone extensive testing for fade resistance; 5,000 hours is equivalent to 10-12 years of southern exposure.

The thick, thermoplastic coating that is 4-5 times thicker than paint and has great breathability and outstanding resistance to mold and mildew.

It is available in smooth, sand, fine, or coarse finishes and can contribute towards LEED credits.
